The health and safety of our clients is our highest priority. As the novel Coronavirus continues to spread throughout the country, we want to share some of the actions Olympia Mac Repair is taking to keep our clients safe.
We are:
- Implementing a sanitation regime wherein our meeting room will be cleaned & disinfected between every customer.
- In keeping with state "Social Distancing" guidelines, we are closing the waiting room area: If another client is already here - please wait outside, or in your car until the current client has left, and until the meeting-space has been re-cleaned.
- Macs will be carefully disinfected with alcohol whenever they are left with us (Using 190-proof Everclear, which wont damage electronics).
- Cleaning / disinfecting the back-office workspaces in between each and every repair job. This will to prevent "cross pollination", so that one infected Mac cannot spread germs to other Macs in our shop.
- Eliminating the use of handshakes when greeting new clients.
- Based on the guidance we've received and the actions we've taken, Oympia Mac Repair shall remain open for business.
As this situation continues to evolve, we will closely monitor guidance from local health officials and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. We will continue to rely on their recommendations and expertise to inform our decisions.
